Let’s discuss three quick ways to leverage video…

#1 - Property Tours.

Think about this…less than 10% of Realtors use video.

So, do you want to stand out? Do videos yourself. You will instantly be desired by Realtors.

And property tours are so easy. Just be engaging and unpredictable. People will eat them up.

They will get lots of shares. It’s a no-brainer. Seriously.

#2 - Industry Interviews.

Here’s the power of interviews…

When I interview you, I get to borrow your influence.

How does this work? I’m glad you asked!

Your people know you, the like you, and they trust you.

So, when your people see you on my video…they instantly trust me because they trust you. It’s that simple.

The other cool part about interviews, the other person adds most of value.

You simply think of a few questions and let them do the rest.

Get people on there that are potentially…

  • Really funny.

  • Really successful.

  • Really engaging.

  • Really educated on a certain topic.

Switch it up. Most people enjoy seeing new people on videos that they aren’t used to seeing.

This is by far the hardest of the three…so maybe don’t start here, but try to get here!

Get creative. Have fun! Make it your own.

You will find so much joy in this once you get it going.
